It was in the summer of 2016 that Zhejiang Oudun Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. received a contract from a Spanish client to produce a prototype sports car model. The client requested that we replicate the prototype sports car model exactly according to the drawings.
We obtained the original data and design drawings. After 30 days of hard work, we perfectly recreated the unique paint job and temporary wheels on the model sports car. We used high-strength aluminum alloy and precision engineering plastics, and over 500 independent parts were hand-assembled. The doors, hood, and trunk could all be opened. The test instruments in the interior were clearly visible, recreating the tense atmosphere of the prototype car on the racetrack. Every detail told the story of it being designed for performance.
When this prototype  sports car model was delivered across the ocean to the Spanish client and exhibited on time, we were personally praised by the chief engineer of Spain. We recorded precious photos of the prototype sports car model from its design sketch to its final presentation.
